The article cites Biden's pledge to reinstate the full force of anti-Catholic "Obamacare"; also Tobin's claims against immigration policy and capital punishment. IMO immigration policy should be linked to foreign policy. For example, families migrating here could be trained in republican government before being granted legal standing. Older youth could be trained in combat arms so they can return to their country with a fighting chance. Evangelium Vitae explains proper use of the lethal penalty.
