Schools could be sued for assaults in gender-neutral bathrooms, lawyer warns
April 25, 2016
An English lawyer has cautioned that if Catholic schools accede to request to designate gender-neutral bathrooms to accommodate transgender students, they could be sued for damages if a sexual assault takes place.
Neil Addison of the Thomas More Legal Centre in Liverpool explained that schools could be held liable for assaults if a proposal for gender-neutral bathrooms was approved. The Catholic Education Service has not commented on the proposal.

Don't Catholic schools over there have protections from this sort of affair? They should!! No school - sectarian or Public - should be forced to allow transgender access to girls and/or boys bathrooms anywhere.

Legal liability will also apply to secular schools and all public places where this absurdity is promulgated and such assaults take place.
