Catholic Recipe: Raspberry Gelatin
A nice dessert for the hot, summer days is fresh fruit. This recipe uses fresh raspberries mixed in with raspberry gelatin. Serve with whipped cream.
DIRECTIONS
Defrost 1 package frozen raspberries; drain syrup into measuring cup; add water to make 1 cup. Dissolve 1 package raspberry flavored gelatin in 1-1/2 cups boiling water; add raspberry syrup mixture. Chill until syrupy; add drained raspberries. Chill until set. (It will not be firm enough to mold.) Serve with plain cream. Makes 4 servings.
