Catholic Recipe: Quick Mushroom Stuffing for Roast Turkey
Adding mushrooms to a prepared bread stuffing adds extra flavor for the stuffing for roast turkey.
DIRECTIONS
Drain 2 cans (6 ounces each) sliced broiled mushrooms, saving liquid. Prepare 2 packages (8 ounces each) prepared bread stuffing according to package directions, using mushroom liquid as part of the liquid and adding mushrooms. Makes enough stuffing for 12-pound turkey.
