Pro-life Congressman has 40 Democratic votes to kill health-care bill with abortion funding

Congressman Bart Stupak, a Michigan Democrat who has rallied pro-life forces during the debate on health-care reform, now says that he has 40 Democratic colleagues who will vote against the reform package if it does not include a clear amendment to bar abortion subsidies.
