Abortion makes Europe a 'continent of death,' Spanish bishop warns

Bishop Demetrio Fernandez of Tarazona, Spain, described the acceptance of abortion as "a true ecological disaster," and noted that the death of 50 million children in the womb has left Europe "prematurely aging and dying of sadness and despair." In a pastoral letter marking the March for Life in Spain this week, Bishop Fernandez said that the result of abortion is a "continent of death."

    All of these statements and letters of bishops are fine, but only disciplining Catholic Politicians, clergy and religious who support abortion will make them credible.

    We are well on our way, if not already there. I fear the wrath of the Lord if we don't change things in the U.S. Will He be patient forever? An end will come - what will it look like? Jesus, Mary and Joseph, pray for us. St. Michael, we need your protection against the wickedness and snares of the evil one, now more than ever.
