This delicious rum sauce is the companion to your Plum Pudding. Make the sauce a few days before Christmas, and pour over the pudding when you are ready to serve.

DIRECTIONS

Then, place all the rum sauce ingredients in a glass jar and let stand together for a few days. Bring to a boil, strain and serve over the pudding.
