Catholic Recipe: Bourbon Balls
A popular type of Christmas cookie is either the rum balls or bourbon balls. These are no bake, but take a few days too steep.
DIRECTIONS
Mix wafers, sugar, walnuts, cocoa. Add bourbon and corn syrup. Roll into 1” balls. Roll each ball in granulated sugar. Store tightly covered.
