eNewsletter Subject: Preparing for the Jubilee of Mercy

You may recall that on April 11th, Pope Francis announced the forthcoming Jubilee of Mercy by reading the Bull of Indiction which explains the aims of the Jubilee Year.

The Jubilee will begin on Tuesday, December 8th, the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, and it will end on Sunday, November 20th, the Solemnity of Our Lord Jesus Christ, King of the Universe. The Letter Granting Indulgence during the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy was released today.

See also the official website of the Jubilee of Mercy developed by the Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization. The Jubilee's slogan or theme is Merciful like the Father.
